Last week, as Shadow Health Minister, I responded to a debate on ADHD Diagnosis, as the number of people awaiting assessment has climbed sharply.
The previous Government had started to address the rise and put in place an ADHD Taskforce in April 2024, with recommendations made in November 2025 to improve the situation.
In the debate, I asked the Minister if he would act on the recommendations already made, or wait until the Summer of 2026, when another new review is due to be reported on.
