On last week's Question Time, I was asked 'Does flying the flag make you more British?'
I argued that, to me, the Union flag and St George’s flag represent home (by definition, it represents the country we live in). The wider concern is that some have fear or disdain for the flag, while others are actively using it to intimidate others.
Both, in my eyes, are wrong. I believe the majority of the country is proud of who we are, but respectful about the way we show it.
