I'm concerned about the Government's plans to restrict trial by jury, which I believe is fundamental to the British justice system.
What's more, it seems Ministers are yet to carry out an Impact Assessment.
Such fundamental changes to our country should be properly presented to the public, not leaked to the press without proper due diligence.
