Given the rape gangs scandal is so widespread, I and many others across the country want to see a national inquiry which has the power to compel witnesses to attend and give evidence under oath. But the Government won't commit to that...
I worry that if councils don't have the money, or worst still, are complicit and covering up the rape gangs, how will they be held to account?
