I welcome the Government's work on the Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy.
But like many, I worry about language and society's approach to boys, men and masculinity.
We should not be stigmatising men and boys when we talk about a solution for women and girls.
If we have a Minister for Women and Girls because they face different problems (on health, employment, education, etc), by that logic, we should have a Minister for Men and Boys, as they too have different issues and needs.
