Yesterday I was pleased to speak in the Westminster Hall debate on wild belt designation (promoting environment and animal habitat) which could be a really useful tool to enhance and protect our environment and character of Bosworth.
During the debate, I was able to highlight the crucial distinction where MP's can set national direction, but it is our local Borough Council who have the ultimate say about where housing development occurs.
