Last week, in a debate on Defence Readiness, I asked - once again - when the Labour Government will publish the Defence Investment Plan (DIP).
We were told almost a year ago that it would be published in Autumn 2025.
Since then, Ministers have been asked numerous times for a timeline of when the DIP will be published, only to respond: "it is getting close"...
