I continue to campaign for improvements for the A5 - particularly around local pinch points and the Watling Street bridge - something this Prime Minister and Chancellor will now be aware of, as they visited MIRA on the outskirts of Hinckley last week.
So today, as the Chancellor was taking questions in Parliament, I asked if she could recommit - as last month's Spending Review appears to make no mention of it - to the previous Government's agreement to fund improvements to the A5.
