Just had a meeting with Sports Minister Stuart Andrew to raise concerns around Rugby Union governance 
You may remember that I recently asked the Leader of the House, Penny Mordaunt MP, to request an independent review into Rugby Union governance.
With Leicester Tigers and Northampton Saints so important to many in our community, and given the collapse of Wasps and Worcester Warriors, I think a review is very much necessary (similar to the fan-led review into football last year).
I'm pleased the Sports Minister is looking closely at this issue as a priority and considering all options.
