This afternoon I sat down with Chancellor Jeremy Hunt and the six other Leicestershire MPs (Alberto Costa on the phone and Alicia Kearns slightly off camera) to raise the issue of funding for Leicestershire County Council and to look into ways we can improve things across our county.
